UK RCBC Members
There are currently thirteen members of the UK RCBC, who have fifteen regulated covered bond programmes between them. These are among the largest banks and building societies in the UK. All are major UK mortgage lenders who between them accounted for approximately £1,400bn of UK mortgages and over 88% of new UK mortgage lending in 2024. The value of UK regulated covered bonds in issue at the end of 20224 was approximately £84bn.
